1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with John's Detailing & Cleaning, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

John's Detailing & Cleaning, LLC provides professional car, boat, and RV detailing, ceramic coating, and cleaning services in Bowdoinham, Maine and surrounding areas. Specific services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion.
• Prices shown are estimates; final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and service scope.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full cancellation fee.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from John's Detailing & Cleaning, LLC via Twilio or other messaging platforms. These messages may include:

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Square).
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

7. Liability Limitation

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, John's Detailing & Cleaning, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not noted at the time of service intake
• Damage resulting from pre-existing defects, aging materials, or manufacturer defects
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sagadahoc County, Maine.
