SMS / Text Message Program
John's Detailing & Cleaning, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to send you booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box when booking an appointment, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per booking, including:
- Booking confirmation
- 24-hour appointment reminder
- Day-of reminder
- Post-service follow-up / review request
- Occasional promotional offers (opt-in separately)
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. John's Detailing & Cleaning is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and personal information will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. We use your information solely to provide our services and communicate with you about your appointments. Message data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
Carriers
Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
